Two private detectives must find a missing girl that is connected to the death of a porn star. This is a great buddy cop movie that shows filmmakers can do these kind of movies without remaking or borrowing scenes from other famous movies. Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling killed it and have so much great chemistry with each other. The humor was perfect, the way Los Angeles looks is gorgeous, and there's so many great action scenes to enjoy. The rest of the cast are good but not as rememberable as Crowe and Gosling. This is something no one should miss out or wait for it to come out to rent. It’s definitely a must see! I do have one gripe and don’t worry I won’t spoil it but there's not much of Matt Bomer’s sly hitman character. I wanted to get to know his character a little more but he’s in it for a couple of minutes. Other than that it was perfect! Verdict: 8.5.
